An electrical problem rarely comes at a good time. Sometimes the power goes out completely, sometimes part of your installation trips or you smell something suspicious at the board. In those cases safety and speed count, and calling is almost always faster than filling in a form.

If everyone is without power, the cause usually lies with the grid operator and not with your installation.
If a switch is in the off position, try switching it back on once.
If you smell burning, feel heat or see sparks, do not touch anything else and call straight away.
If the installation keeps cutting out, have it checked by a professional.
