These general terms and conditions apply to the quotations and works of EnergieTechnics, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quotations are without obligation and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. An agreement is concluded after written or express acceptance of the quotation.
Execution is carried out in accordance with the rules of good workmanship and the applicable regulations. Additional works that prove necessary during execution are discussed in advance.
Invoices are payable in accordance with the conditions stated on the invoice. Complaints about the works carried out must be reported within a reasonable period after completion.
