Energy management
An energy management system lets your appliances work together intelligently, so you use more of your own energy and keep a better overview.
Solar panels, a battery, a charging point and household appliances each draw power at their own moment. An energy management system, or EMS for short, brings those pieces together: it measures, controls and distributes so that you use as much of your own energy as possible at the right moment.
For example, an EMS can make your charging point charge when your panels are generating a lot, top up your battery at the right moment, or spread heavy loads so that you stay within your available capacity.
How much you benefit from it depends on your installation and your consumption pattern. We assess whether control genuinely delivers a benefit in your situation or is not needed.
Your energy goes to your own appliances instead of to the grid.
You see what your installation is doing and where the energy goes.
Panels, battery and charging point work in sync with each other.
