Limburg is one of the five Flemish provinces and lies in the north-east of the country, with Hasselt as its capital. The province has four regions: the Kempen in the centre and north, the Maasland in the east along the Meuse, Haspengouw in the south and the Voerstreek, an exclave in the far south-east. The most densely populated part is central Limburg, with Hasselt and the former mining municipalities. The south is still very rural, with many small villages.
That variety matters when it comes to an electrical installation.
