From an extra socket to a complete installation, we carry out the work ourselves.
Hiring an electrician is often something you do at a moment when it really has to happen: a circuit that keeps tripping, a renovation waiting on the installation, or a charging point that needs to be connected safely. We are a hands-on electrical contractor who carries out this kind of work ourselves every day, without passing it on to subcontractors.
On this page you can read what an electrician actually does, when you need one and how we work. If you are looking for an electrician near you, you will also find our service area below and the way we put together a quote.
Our electricians install and renew cabling, fit consumer units with residual current devices and circuit breakers, and ensure your installation complies with the rules of the AREI. Smaller jobs such as adding a socket, moving a light point or installing a connection for a cooker are just as much part of what we do.
In addition, we carry out the work that is increasingly in demand today: connecting a charging point with the correct protection, integrating a home battery and inverter, and building the installation so that it remains expandable later on. That way you do not have to look for a different party for every step.
Call in an electrician for a renovation or new build, when you want an old installation checked for an inspection, or if something is not right: a switch that gets hot, a circuit that trips, or a smell of burning plastic at a socket. The latter is a signal not to wait.
A correct calculation of the installation is also important when adding heavier consumers, such as a heat pump, a charging point or a home battery. We then check whether your connection and fuse box can handle the extra load before we install anything.
We start with a site visit. There we inspect your installation, listen to what you need and measure what is required for a correct price. On that basis you receive a quote with a clear description of the work, so you know in advance what to expect.
During the work we operate neatly and in a structured way, with attention to safety and to an installation that remains clear and well organised. As for electrician prices: these depend on the size and the condition of your installation, and that is why we prefer to draw up a targeted quote rather than name a figure in advance that turns out to be incorrect.
We operate in East and West Flanders and the province of Antwerp. If you are looking for an electrician near you, you will find our city pages below for Ghent, Antwerp, Bruges, Mechelen, Ostend and Kortrijk, among others, each with the local approach for that region.
Schedule a site visit. We assess your installation on site and provide you with a quote tailored to the work.
